We reserve the right to amend this Agreement as necessary, as outlined in Clause 14.

2. Our Service
SimpleStartup.in allows users to promote courses and services hosted on our website via social media platforms or email. Users earn a commission when the recipients of their shared content make a purchase.

3. Creating an Account on SimpleStartup.in Partner Program
The SimpleStartup.in Partner Program is designed for Indian residents, offering commissions exclusively in Indian National Rupees (INR). To create an account, you must be an Indian resident and at least 18 years old. Each individual is permitted to create only one account.

For security reasons, changes to your account's name and email address are not allowed. Therefore, please provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering. This includes your name, email address, and any other relevant details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Your email address is vital for communication, so ensure you have full access to the email address you provide.

Users are prohibited from sharing any confidential information related to the SimpleStartup.in Partner Program, including videos, PDF files, materials, and links, with any individuals or on any platforms, including social media.

4. Cancellation/Termination of SimpleStartup.in Account
SimpleStartup.in reserves the right to cancel any account if fraudulent, abusive, or unfair behavior is detected. Accounts deemed inactive as per Clause 15 may also be canceled.

If a user fails to provide a valid email address or phone number, their membership will be terminated. We also reserve the right to refuse or deny membership to anyone.

5. Commission
As a SimpleStartup.in Partner, you may earn a commission when the recipient of your shared content makes a purchase. Commissions are only granted on legitimate purchases that have been successfully tracked and verified by our team. Once the transaction is successfully tracked, the commission will be credited and directly transferred to you.

Please note that certain conditions may prevent a transaction from being tracked or eligible for a commission, and we cannot be held liable in such cases. Commissions will not be transferred if our team deems the transaction non-genuine or illegitimate.

If you do not receive a commission for a legitimate transaction within 60 days, you may file a claim by contacting our customer service. However, we reserve the right to discontinue pursuing your commission claim at any time, and our decision will be final. We also retain the right to close this claim if the Partner does not reach out to our support team within two months regarding pending commission claims.

5.1 Unique Referral Fee
The SimpleStartup.in service provides a unique referral fee to its members, where members earn a commission on each sale introduced by them (‘Qualifying Referral’). Referral earnings may vary based on the course/service. Earnings are transferred every month by the 20th for the previous month's successful sales. For example, if you successfully refer 10 people, you can earn Rs. 15,000/- per month (assuming Rs. 1500 per referral).

6. Payments
After a member completes a Qualifying Transaction, and we receive the resulting profit, we will pass that profit to the member through their preferred payment method.

Please be aware that not all transactions constitute a Qualifying Transaction, and profits may not result from them. This also applies to Qualifying Referrals. Members should understand that all transactions made by customers are subject to a refund period. For further information about these circumstances, please contact our team.

Once a Qualifying Transaction is traced to your account, it will be credited with a "pending" status. Once the transaction is confirmed, it will be marked as "validated." This process can take 60 days or more from the purchase date. If a transaction is refunded, reversed, or amended, the profit payment will not be made. Partners must inform SimpleStartup.in about any refunds or exchanges that may affect their earned profits.

Whether a transaction qualifies as a Qualifying Transaction for profit (including through a Qualifying Referral) is at our sole discretion. We are not responsible if a sale is not reported to us or if a transaction does not qualify. We also reserve the right not to pursue missing commission claims, especially where no purchase has been made.

In cases where a purchase is not genuine, and no profit is received, the partner will not receive any profit. We reserve the right to reclaim or adjust balances where credits have been applied in error, including but not limited to cases of misuse or fraud. SimpleStartup.in has the right to recover all unduly paid profits through legal proceedings.

7. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy outlines the information we may collect, how we may use it, and whether we share it with anyone else. By agreeing to these Terms, you grant us permission to handle your information according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Copyright & Intellectual Property
SimpleStartup.in is protected by copyright. All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights related to SimpleStartup.in and its services are owned by SimpleStartup.in. No one may duplicate, reproduce, or distribute any portion of this site or its content without our permission. Our name, logo, and services may not be used for commercial purposes without authorization.

By posting material on SimpleStartup.in, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, and distribute it.

9. Our Role
At SimpleStartup.in, our primary role is to facilitate and support the Partner Program by providing a platform where users can promote our courses and services and earn commissions on successful transactions.

 

We are responsible for:
Platform Maintenance: Ensuring that the SimpleStartup.in platform remains operational, secure, and user-friendly.
Commission Tracking: Accurately tracking and verifying transactions to ensure correct commission payouts to our partners.
Customer Support: Offering assistance and resolving issues related to the Partner Program, including commission disputes and account management.
Program Management: Managing the Partner Program, including setting and updating commission rates, program terms, and eligibility criteria.

Third-Party Actions: Any actions or omissions by third parties that may affect your ability to earn commissions or utilize our services.
Technical Issues: Issues that may arise from technical errors, internet connectivity, or other external factors beyond our control.
Disputes: Any disputes between partners and their referrals or customers, which should be resolved directly by the involved parties.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Partner Program, or any aspect of it, at our sole discretion. All changes will be communicated to partners, and your continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of any such changes.​
