SimpleStartup.in Buyback Store Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

• Active Membership: The Buyback Store is only available to active members of SimpleStartup.in. Membership must be valid and not expired at the time of the buyback request.
   

Membership Requirement

• Active Membership Needed: To participate in the Buyback program, sellers must have an active SimpleStartup.in membership. No buyback options are available after the membership has expired.
   

Monetary Limit

• Buyback Value Cap: The buyback option is limited to a maximum value of INR 20,000 per seller.

Product Condition

• Condition of Products: Products must be in original, undamaged condition to be eligible for buyback. Damaged or altered items will not be accepted.
   

Product Eligibility

• Source of Products: Only products purchased from the SimpleStartup Buyback Store are eligible for buyback.
   

Wholesale Products

• Resale Purchase: SimpleStartup.in offers wholesale products to our sellers for resale on e-commerce platforms.

• Business Closure: If a seller decides to close their business, they can opt to sell the products back to SimpleStartup.in under the buyback terms stated herein.
   

Condition Assessment

• Inspection: All products returned for buyback will be inspected to ensure they meet the condition requirements.

• Rejection of Buyback: SimpleStartup.in reserves the right to reject the buyback request if the products do not meet the specified condition criteria.
   

Buyback Process

• Condition of Products: Products must be in their original condition, without any damage, to be eligible for buyback. Sellers must provide proof of purchase and membership validity.

• Buyback Value: The buyback value will be 10% less than the original purchase price of the products. For example, if a product was purchased for Rs.100, the buyback value will be Rs.90.

• Buyback Request: Members must submit a buyback request through the SimpleStartup.in platform, providing details and proof of purchase for the products they wish to return.
   

Refund Process

• Payment Timeline: Payment for buyback products will be processed within 30 business days after the products have been received and inspected by SimpleStartup.in.

• Payment Method: Payment will be made through the original payment method or any other agreed method. 
   

Membership Renewal

1. Validity: Members must ensure their membership is valid and active to participate in the Buyback program.

2. Online Renewal: Visit the SimpleStartup.in platform, log into your account, and navigate to the membership section.

3. Renewal Options: Choose from available membership plans and select the preferred option.

4. Payment: Complete the payment process using the provided payment methods.

5. Confirmation: Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent, and the membership status will be updated in the account.

6. Renew Before Expiry: It is recommended to renew memberships before expiration to avoid any disruption in services, including eligibility for the Buyback program.

Shipping

• Shipping Costs: Two-way shipping costs will be borne by customers.

• Shipping Instructions: Follow the shipping instructions provided with the shipping label. Failure to follow these instructions may result in rejection of the shipment. 
   

Amendments:

• Policy Changes: SimpleStartup.in reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the responsibility of the members to review these terms periodically. 
   

Limitation of Liability

• SimpleStartup.in is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Buyback Store program.
   

Governing Law

• For any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Telangana, Hyderabad].

• By participating in the Buyback Store program at SimpleStartup.in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
