ii. Partial Refund: If cancellation occurs after 24 hours but before the course commencement date, a partial refund may be issued. The amount refunded will be prorated based on the time remaining until the course starts and any applicable cancellation fees.

iii. Shipping Costs: two way shipping costs incurred for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
